Can anyone tell me what the best ADU values ​​are taken for flats widht the Atik 460x color.

The gain on your camera should be set so that full well is around 65K ADU, so somewhere around the low 30Ks ADU is usually a reasonable target. If you want to be conservative you could go for mid 20Ks.

I usually aim for an average ADU of 30-35k with my QHY22 (same sensor) and have found that works perfectly fine.
