calender printing

Each year I make the rellies in the UK a Calendar with my astro' shots on it (it's the only time I print them!).
For a few years I used the iPhoto app to design it and then got them to print it. The quality was great but it was quite expensive.
Last year I used a 'budget ' vista print which was certainly cheaper but not as good quality.
Any one have any suggestions for this years attempt?

nope, I don't. But they must love them. I know I would.

I have an alternative suggestion, though. Maybe one of your rellies would find this also suitable for them?
An LED photo lamp to mount on the wall.
I'm sure you'd find a UK shop selling these, but here's a German example

There's also a model with interchangable photo plates so you could send a new photo on a plate each year.
