47 x 300s captured with an Atik 383l+ color cam through a Celestron 9,25 with f6,3 reducer and guided through a WO 90mm with a Loadstar camera and 2,5x powermate. Everything on a eq 8 mount. All processing in Pixinsight. I must learn how to remove the stars from the image...

Two problems:

1) the stars are marching between exposures and 600s gives elongated stars even after drift alignment. Probably flex in my guide setup. I will buy an oag!!

2) I use Artemis software for capturing, and when doing flats it turned out that the software produced a fileformat called 3S!? Thus I have not calibrated with flats (only darks and bias). I must look into this again...

It's looking good at the moment :) You may want to mask the stars when doing what I assume is a deconvolution. The stars around the galaxy have dark rings :)
It could be mirror flop causing the issue or differential flexure caused by the differing cooling rates. Both of which fixable with an OAG :P

Thank you for comment. I haven't quite dared to go "advanced" on the Processing concerning stars. I guess I must try sooner or later... :)
