Hi All,
Still nice clear nights here, so imaged the Horsehead + Flame nebulas last night, the horsehead -IC434 is a dim subject, just low surface brightness generally, and the Canon DSLR wasent really designed to image such low light areas, however with DF subtraction the noise can be overcome (some other blobs in picture due to processing, and not using Flats yet) and the net result acceptable, comments welcomed.
8 x 6 Min. Exp. at ISO-800, DF removed- ED80@ F-7.5, Canon EOS300D (modded) guided on LX200+ MX7C
cheers................Jim
