12v x2 and variable voltage x1 power supply

Just thought I'd see if anyone is interested in this. It's 12v in with alligator clips for a 12v car type battery with a main input fuse, main input voltage and amperage displayed, 12v and main on switch and variable voltage output with separate on switch (3-15v 1.5a output). The unit was designed to run a mount, fan and a dslr all off one external battery but I since upgraded to a ccd camera which runs off 12v.

Is the variable voltage continuously variable or in fixed steps?
If continuously variable I'd be very interested.

It isn't in steps, using the voltmeter you can tune the voltage exactly as you want it.
