Hi all,

I have been getting used to my Skywatcher telescope and using the 2" 26mm lens that it came with. I would like to get a couple of new lenses, one to view planets more close up, and perhaps one for nebulae.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Many thanks,
Katie

:) Hi Katie and welcome .
My advise is grab the. 18mm , 12mm and 5mm Long Perng planetary eyepiece,s from. Andrews communication,s awesome eyepieces' at a good price . These will compliment your existing eyepiece and you won't need any more.
Brian.

Great recommendation! I recently purchased a 9mm and 14.5 in these and they have been fantastic! Eye relief on these make for comfortable viewing, and I seem to be using them more and more. I intend to get some more.

I can highly recommended 9mm and 4mm TMB Planetary's! Work extraordinarily well in my 8" dob! VERY good value for money!

Not a jab but the correct term is "eyepiece" , "lenses" are completely different. Might help avoid confusion in future for you.

Hi Katie.
How well does the EQ5 handle your 150?
