Slowly working back through my July datasets in search of these elusive good seeing windows :love:

21 minute de-rotated drizzle stack of Mars when it was still around 15". Didn't want to push the wavelets too hard but albedo features are getting more challenging to resolve now. Taken at f/26.

Hints of clouds in high southern latitudes near the F limb. Olympus Mons approaching the P limb and Propontis Complex / Elysium near the centre.

Nicely resolved!
I had the scope out briefly (between clouds) a few nights ago and was surprised at how much smaller Mars has gotten :(
