Finally found Pluto after trying a couple of times. I took the opportunity while it was still close to Pi Sgr over two nights. Each image was about six of either 5 min or 10 min exposures (Atik 314L+).

Great work there Matthew! I love to try that. Hey, the images don't showup clearly on my particular PC, can you point out Pluto? And, what aperture did you use. Thanks. Cheers Domenic

I assume its the dot blinking on and off close to the middle. Images taken day apart? Nice capture.

Looks like it is just above dead centre in one frame.

You'll know you have it, because in the second frame, it is marginally to the left of the first.

Great pickup. What were you using with the Atik?

Assuming Pluto is the one blinking on and off near the centre, have you caught something else moving just to the left of it?

Good one Matt.
Have a go at some asteroids, they take only minutes to re-image and find and many can be done in one night.

I think that is the image of Pluto on the next night. ie Pluto is blinking between it and the "blinking" image.
