Some folks from WSAAG are planning to meet at a lookout called Yellowmuindi on the Hawkesbury Road between Springwood and Richmond.
I know the Astronomy Online people are planning to set up some scopes at at Long Reef Headland in Collaroy
has any other planned observing been organised?

As I mentioned in a seperate post, I'll be at the Sydney Observatory with my 2 boys. They are doing a special program for those that book including some breakfast!
Should be a good one!
waking up earlier than usual, going out side to make sure the clouds that have been predicted are there, go back to bed...
the forecast doesnt look good i'm afraid :(

I'd like to give a tip of my hat to the good folks at the Sydney Observatory:thumbsup:
They put together a very nice program for the transit...presentations, 3D movie, nice breakfast etc.
If only the clouds would have cooperated...
Oh well, Top Marks for a good effort...we'll try again in 26 years!
hope you are getting some suckerholes narayan :)
