Clouds are all gone and sky was like crystal last night. Spent all night hunting in and around leo. Found my first galaxies m98,m99 off Denebola and m105 up towards Regulus ,man time flies,before i knew it id been at it for nearly 4 hours.
Dews a bit of a prob in the sticks here so im rigging up a shield from cardboard ,hope it works. Im off galaxy hunting again tonight so wish me luck
uumm when i say m98 and m99 i think it was them on my map they looh really close together Do they appear as just one big cluster?if not i only found one and i have now idea which it was.

dont forget to have a look at the Leo triplet, quite easy to find and a nice grouping of galaxies

Don't forget the Carina area, its high and spectacular at present.

Actually, don't forget to cruize around the sky, its a great pastime.
