I cant find the difference between the two listed anywhere, can someone help me out?
They're both Newtonian telescopes.
Dobsonian refers to the mount

Matt's got it right.
A dobsonian is the alt/az base which the newtonian OTA sits on.
A newtonian OTA can also be mounted on an EQ mount, with rings and dovetail bar to hold it there.
Check the glossary for further definitions of OTA, newtonian and EQ mount :)
