Planetary is not my forte but couldn't miss having a go while they are all available. Got all three last night but this is the best one IMHO.

Taken with the RN8F8 Newt Astrograph on the EQ6, Canon 1200D using BYE Planteary in 5x mode.
Best 200 of 500 frames in Registax 6 and wavelets. Cropped from the original.

I have Saturn and Mars as well but a bit blobby and I need more hands on for processing them to get the best. But I'm ok with Jupiter, not had much success with previous efforts. The scope is showing no CA which has been my earlier problems with refractors at high mags.

But geez it was cold out there, had to wait till almost 11 for Saturn to clear the trees. Beautiful night though.

You can fix chromatic aberration <to a certain extent> by separating the image into RGB layers and scaling them separately. It's fiddly because the centre of the image (where the scaling will originate from) may not be the optical centre of the CA, but it can help. The layers just need to be of a mode where the overlays stack back up to a full colour image - I think it may even me 'overlay mode'. I'm sure there are filters out there for the same, but I haven't found any free ones. Most of the ones I have come across want to reproduce CA as a low-fi cinema look, not get rid of it.

Cheers
