Hi again all
This is a shot of Omega Centauri I took with C11 last summer that I wanted to share with you all.
At a distance of about 15 thousand lightyears It still is an incredible sight at the eyepiece . :eyepop:
Exposures were 30 seconds x 30 and shot with a SXV-H9C/IR from my back yard in Bankstown.
I hope all you glob lovers enjoy It.

Beautiful Louie!
It really is one of the few DSOs which even complete newcomers to the eyepiece find impressive...
as well as those of us who look at it every time we're out:)

Keep sending 'em Louie.
I've worked in the magazine business. Part of my job was pic selection and I can tell you plenty of good pics get passed over for all manner of reasons other than their quality.
A lot of it can come down to the whims and personal preferences of the person making the pic selection, or maybe they are just looking for something very specific.
I'm sure your pics have been good enough to publish:thumbsup:
