Hello guys !

We've seen many pictures of this wonderful object on this forum.
Congrats everyone :thumbsup:

We've shot it as well, from our observatory in Chile.
Here it is, in HaLRGB... hope you'll enjoy this one :)

Technical informations:
- APO observatory in San Pedro de Atacama, Chile - Alain Maury's Space Obs
- Takahashi TOA 150 refractor
- mini-OHP mount with MCMT
- Apogee Alta U16M camera
- Astrodon Ha L R G B Gen2 filters
- L=24x20' - R=G=B=6x20' and Ha=24x40'
- shooting, guiding and preprocess: Prism v9
- process: IRIS, PRISM v9 & CS6

Another great image of this region that is different to the others beforehand, your image has a 3D look about it, that makes the nebula really stand out from the background.

That is one nice region! I really like the softness to image and the sheer number of stars! Really nicely done :)

I think the Ha adds something here, maybe this 3d effect you're talking about Bill...
We've sometimes added some Ha to our LRGB pictures and it was always positive :) and quite different from a standard LRGB !
