I started capturing data on this one when I was fiddling around with the spacing adjustments for my field flattener. Decided I liked what I saw and continued with the object. It was necessary to limit the sub length 60 seconds to avoid saturating the stars too much. That was ok as I just took lots of them.
Hardware: TAK TSA120, QSI 683, Astronomik filters, Lodestar x2 guide camera. EQ8 mount.
Software: Sequence Generator Pro and Pixinsight 1.8
4.7 hours worth of data captured (RGB).

Thanks Rick, I was curious to see how well the QSI683 would handle bright clusters with the Tak TSA120. As long as I kept the exposure short so as to not over saturate the stars it seems to have worked and managed to retain the star colours ok.

Yeah, lovely cluster that Rod, nice impromptu capture, we don't image enough open clusters huh?

Thanks guys, it is a nice display and I can see where the name "Pearl Cluster" comes from.
Clear skies.

Great job Rodney. I don't normally go for open clusters, but this one is really good--nice colours and good composition.
