Train 'N Track Motors Instructions

Hello,
I'm pretty sure some members here have these Train 'N Track motors for the Vixen Porta Mount. I'm trying to obtain the Installation / Usage Instructions supplied with the motors and controllers. If anyone has these instructions, and can scan them and send me a copy (via PM), I would be most appreciative.
