Astro-Optical 8" F/7 Telescope on Dobsonian Mount
This Telescope was made by Astro-Optical Supplies-Sydney in August 1988.
The mirror was last re-coated in 2009, the mirror has a small 5 x 2mm chip on the very edge and a mark from the last time it was re-coated. I have placed the chip under one of the mirror edge clips and it does not effect the performance of the telescope.
The telescope is fitted with a 1.25 - 2" GSO focuser and an old 8 x 50mm RA finder with cross hair.
PLEASE NOTE: The Argo Navis encoder fitted to the side of the Dobsonian mount is "NOT" included with the telescope it will be remove before sale.
