Robofocus -communications

Hi folks
I have sent three emails to Robofocus in the last two weeks wanting to order for my TAK and have had no reply- anyone aware of an issue or is it a long Easter break in the U.S ?

Anyone else? I tried getting some info for a scope and have zero response. I'm looking at SharpSKy Pro instead now.
