is it fork mount or vixen skywatcher dovetail mount?

This an OTA only from a classic fork mount made during Celestron's " Orange Days " a Vixen or Losmandy dove tail can be attached to the plate shown in the pics.

Does it have the star bright coatings? Or is it before that era?
