Hello

This is my rendition of this amaizing object.
I started imaging in December, but weather conditions delayed the final image until now.

SII as red, Ha as green and OIII as blue. total 26,5 hours exposition in 30 min subs.

Gee that's pretty cool Geert, always love the multicoloured effect 3 filter narrowband imaging gives the Crab :thumbsup: We can just see the faint extension at the 5 O'clock position at the bottom, this is sign that the image is pretty deep, it is strogest in OIII I believe? Does it show more with a greater stretch? Be interested to see the OIII only data on that :)

Michael I can see the extension in OIII but also in Ha.
I attached the three components with just a basic stretch; the first is Ha, the seccond is OIII and the third is SII.

For me it is also very low (less than 35º); I could thake only three to five images a day.
