My recently acquired FS-102 came in a rather heavy hard case that I don't fancy carrying down the stairs in my apartment block!
Looking for something lighter that I can use for travel to dark sites.
The best case I've owned was a Stellarvue C9S ("short" version) that I bought with my SV110ED.
The Stellarvue C9 (longer version) would be ideal but I'm open to suggestions.
The case needs to be wide enough to take the scope with rings/clamshell and dovetail attached, and long enough that I can leave the 2" diagonal in place. This means an internal length of 92cm (36").
I notice there are a number of tripod/lighting bags (like Tenba, Miller, etc.) that could be used, so considering them too.
Please PM me if you have something.
Thanks.
