Looks like a couple of people will be dropping our of our small group (six people) at SRO soon and we are looking for new members.

SRO is a dark site with exceptional seeing: http://www.sierra-remote.com/index.php

We currently have a Ceravolo 300 and FLI PL16803 camera on an AP1600 mount. Targets are selected by polling the group and all the data is shared.

I have only managed to process a small proportion of the data we collected in the past year, producing these images:

The cost to participate last year was $2500 USD. It will probably be similar this year though it may go up a little if we install a bigger scope.

If you're interested drop me a PM.

Thanks,
Rick.

Just notice that one of my SRO colleagues already posted about this: http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=142492

Feel free to contact either one of us.

Cheers,
Rick.
