Not sure what the collective noun for large Dobs is, but here's a trio hunting through the galaxies of Hydra. Two Obsessions and a Webster, and all of us grateful for some clear and dark skies after an unusually cloudy spell.

Hi Gary, that site is about 70km to the east. It's not perfectly dark as the light dome from Perth kills anything below 45 degrees to the west.

They look awesome :) Love to join you guys sometime, as my scope is sitting in the back of my van, need to save up for a trailer so I can do this as well.
Is that past chidlow area ?

Since they look like mortars, I'd suggest a ' battery' of dobs.
