Eyepiece is in excellent condition with caps and a box.
Russell Optics Konig lenses are generally well regarded in the USA. They are considered to be great value, as their performance is equivalent to eyepieces costing many times more except in edge performance.
I purchased this particular eyepiece directly from the manufacturer. The lense is of very good quality, with the eyepiece itself yielding excellent images.
It has an aluminium housing instead of usual Delrin that Russell eyepieces normally have, with a screw-up rubber eyecup.
The basic design is a 4-element classic Konig.
The eye relief is in the 18~20mm range.
Being a super-wide the afov is in the 60+ degree range.
This eyepiece was discontinued as it was expensive to produce.
