ZWO dropping frames in Sharp Cap

I was wondering if anyone else was getting an issue from time to time with their ZWO 120MC with it dropping frames and not displaying an image ?

Try reinstalling the drivers and updating the firmware.

I've had this happen, but my frame rate was set too high in conjunction with the resolution setting. If I reduced the frame rate or the resolution, the problem went away. Also be aware that many (most) computers these days have a mix of USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports which can affect the data transfer rate. To go full belt with these things you generally need USB 3.0

I read elsewhere that switching the recording format to SER improves frame rate when actually recording, the default being AVI.
