:) have one of these in NZ and reguarely observered in the middle of a city of 60000 and it did not bother it , actually showed more than a mates 8 inch under this light pollution

Thanks for the reply guys, I have an 8 inch GSO and I wanted a refractor too, from my research a 150mm refractor is as good as an 11 inch reflector (depending of course on the quality).
