I am considering a FS60CB for wide field photography.
I am also considering adapting my CS moonlite focuser, currently fitted on my RC, to be used with the FS60CB. I checked with Ron from moonlite and he told me that this can be done with a new flange easily.
He says he can also made a custom 2" to reducer adaptor.
However I am still struggling to find out how all things will end up joined together, whether that is even possible and what other Tak parts are needed to make it work with my CCD imaging chain (which is set up so that the back focus requirement is the same as a canon dslr .
Specifically do I still need the CAA, SD ring given a third party focuser?
Can someone please clarify?
Ps. I have not bought the Tak yet, just pricing things and weighing my options.
