Had an entertaining time trying to capture it in flight while it attempted to distract my attention away from a nearby nest. Focus was
guessed at about 1 meter distance. Used a Sony Nex7 with a 1970's manual Minolta MD 35-70 f3.5 zoom, at iso 3200, 1/1600 sec, and f11. It sure is a challenge trying to get an in focus image thats sort of exposed too. This one is not quite there, but thought I would show it anyway :) Mark

A really good 'action' shot Tim and nothing to feel hesitant about sharing. though I understand the reason.
They are one of my favourite birds and I haven't seen one in years, so thanks for posting it.
