National Couriers?

Hi All,

Need advise on good national couriers that you have used to ship Astronomy gear Telescopes, mounts etc.

Does anyone know the couriers used by Astronomy stores around Australia?

Yep TNT are popular.

I am using TOLL/IPEC to send some items from Brisbane to NSW/Adelaide and next month WA.

Just walked in off the street and payed cash.

Yep Toll are good, Delivery was prompt and they didnt rough handle the items.

For small items, you could try Australia Post Platinum Express - 'Guaranteed delivery before 12 noon following working day'.

I send something from Perth to Melbourne - it took 4 daze.

At the same time I posted something else in a normal envelope as I had forgotten to put in in the Express satchel. That arrived the next day...

I just wrote a letter complaining.
