The spider - work in progress -update

Hi all,

Last night I have completed collecting O3 data for my current project, so motivated by curiosity I quickly combined Ha and O3 data (about 11 hours per filter) to see what have I gotten so far. Still planning/hoping to add S2 data to this photo, also about 10-11 hours.

P.S. Processing has not been very meticulous...

I was a bit concerned about detail being washed out, since I have been collecting data between 35 - 47 degrees above the horizon, and summer's humidity does not help neither...

Thank you Lee, I am happy that you like it and I am sorry (not) for being inconsiderate :lol: I just quietly and patiently collect precious cosmic photons with my 4" doublet and humbly present whatever results I get to the Jedi council for evaluation and critique...

I will try to restrain myself from posting further versions until I callect S2 data - I am hoping it will help to get w nicer range of colours in this image.

Ha and O3 seem to be quite similar in terms of structures, while initial S2 subs show quite different signal from the other two, including the core region.

P.S. I have recently bought nice RGB filters and will eventually have a crack at adding RGB stars to narrowband images...might be fun with my doublet!

P.S. I love Tarantella with spaghetti Neapolitan ;)

Thank you Geert, after last night I should now have enough data to create what I originally had in mind.
