I very much doubt that the perpetrators even know what religion is, they are just gullible cowards that have been manipulated by other cowards who don't have the guts themselves.
The religion of Islam has nothing to do with what is happening.

I think we have probably all seen video of Islamic clerics brandishing knives while preaching and exhorting their followers to stab jews. We have had enough Islamic clerics in this country preaching hatred of the west.
It has everything to do with Islam.

In 2010 there were 4.7 million Muslims in France and there would be more now. So far we have 8 attackers. That is about 1 in 600,000 Muslims. How many Muslims are in the emergency services, working in the hospitals and, indeed, in the morgue? I'll bet my bottom dollar it's more than 8!

Personally I'll still go to work on Monday and not fear Mika, Omar, Aamar or any of the hundreds of other Muslims on campus.

And, yes indeed, RIP to innocent victims in Paris and wherever else they are killed.

Just because these cowards use it as an excuse doesn't mean that Islam condones what they are doing. From my brief readings of the Qu'ran this sort of killing of innocents is not condoned by the religion.

But lets go back to the original intent of my thread.......

May they rest in peace .... condolences to the families of all those affected by these events.
