Lightning from Friday night storms in Brisbane

Right place right time with my tripod.

It was a lightning fest last night. Caught close to 30 excellent bolts.

All 8 sec exposures, ISO 100 at f5 on my Canon 600d at 20mm (or there abouts). Took close to 300 shots for these, but hey the joys of digital! :D

Thanks Bob. Some of the shots I caught with the lightning out of shot were completely white due to the brightness of the bolts. There were some HHUUUUUGE bolts that night. Thor must've been cranky!
