At last I made it to complete the processing of the Sh2-115 nebula in Cygnus. It is an RGB-Ha-OIII composition that, after much trouble during the phase of mixing narrow and bread band signal, gave me a lot of satisfaction. I hope you like it too.

This is special. The object itself is interesting, with its unusual, clumpy clouds of presumably OIII emission (or is it reflection nebulosity?) against more typical streaky H-alpha. The processing is beautiful. And to be able to zoom in and see so much detail in the planetary nebula is excellent.

Thanks a lot for your kind comments!
What you see is mainly OIII, I don't recall having seen any reflection there.
Nicola, Fantastic colours in the stars. Very nice how they seem to float within the nebula.

That is a lovely image Nicola. I really like the composition; everything looks perfectly positioned. Lovely colour too.

A really nice image Nicola, with some very rich colours and interesting combination with those broad wispy streaks and the cloud-like nebulae. Great work.
