Courting Rituals..

This is a male Red-winged Fairy Wren trying to convince the female that he's the man..Thats a piece of wattle blossum in his beak. I have seen this behaviour before, but this is the first time I have had a camera with me.

Nice one Derek.Teaching the young fella the art of courting ( I hope.:eyepop:). Looks like two different species use the same coloured petals.
