New Cat Stevens Album

There may be some Cat Stevens fans aboard here that may like to know that Yusuf Islam {Cat Stevens} is releasing a mainstream album on November 14th called "An Other Cup" :) Its great to see this talented artist back again whose music is timeless :thumbsup:

BTW- for fans there is a new concert DVD of Cat Stevens titled "Majicat" {1976}

l have every album he made up until he lost the plot, l think l'll stick to the singer l know although it's good to hear he's recording again.

I am a big fan of Cat Steven/Yusuf Islam, I am looking forward to the Single being released in Britan I think on 1st November.

For those looking for Samples, you should try out Amazon after the album is released they usually put up short samples.

First impressions of the new song I must admit doesn't really appeal to me although admittling I'm going to be a hard critic seeing that I have a strong connection with the musical/lyrical style contained in my favourite Cat Stevens albums Mona Bone Jakon/Tea for the Tillerman/Teaser and the Firecat/Budda and the Chocolate box and Catch bull at four.But still waiting in anticipation to check the whole album out :)
