Need tripod adapter 5/8-11 to 3/8-16

I have a tripod with 5/8-11 fitting and a mount that is 3/8-16 so need an adapter to use the two together. Ideally the adapter would also be around 20cm in height to provide some clearance.

I know I can get these overseas but just wondering if anyone knows of a local seller or machinist?
