Praise for Starlight Xpress

Last new moon my Lodestar stopped working, so I contacted Terry Platt of SX and explained the symptoms. He suggested that it was necessary to return it to him for repairs, so I sent it off to the UK ($25 postage). It came back today in working order--no charge. It's many years out of warranty, so I imagine there are some firms who would have charged a mint or just said "Tough"

He replaced a Lodestar for me as well with a new one.

He replaced the old TEC cooling on my SXVR-M25C with the new Trius style 2 stage and fixed the chamber sealing for $100, postage included DHL. Was happy with that!

Terry is great, I had some issues with too many hot pixels on my lodestar and he hand picked one for me and sent it down. Excellent service
