This is a difficult target to image and also process! Taken over 6 nights for a total of 8.5 hours, I managed to finally get some good subs.

Imaged on CentralDS Astro6D (modded and cooled) at ISO1600.
Telescope: GSO830 10" Reflector with moonlite focuser
Mount: NEQ6 Pro (belt mod kit)
Guiding: Orion 80mm shortscope + SSAG + PHD2
Editing: DSS + Photoshop CC 2015.

Nicely done on a galaxy that's hard to image with any setup.

Thanks so much everyone, I'm quite pleased with the end result and probably will get some more data at a later stage to bring out some more of the Ha detail.

Cheers, Mike

Very impressive Mike. Nice lot of detail and colour. With a little more stretching you can increase the visibility of the spiral arm that reaches out to the satellite galaxy, but you have to be careful not to blow out the main galaxy.
