Hi all,
For sale is a brand new Celestron Case for a Nexstar 4/5/6/8 (or SCT equivalent).
My reason for selling is that I miscalculated the size of my 6SE + mount + aftermarket attachments, and it doesn't quite fit (I don't want to have to remove my aftermarket stuff when storing it).

Description:
This is the molded plastic clam-shell design with soft fabric-covered foam interior. It opens and closes with zippers. Be aware that although the case is firm and will retain it's shape, the plastic is still flexible, as is the zipper join. In other words, this case is sort of like a suitcase but made of durable plastic, as opposed to fabric, i.e. you wouldn't want to sit on it.
By design this case is not rigidly solid like a Pelican.
EVA molded to protect your telescope with a hard yet flexible shell.
The case also comes with a convenient storage zipper pocket that holds all your telescope's standard accessories with room to expand.
Two dense foam spacers and a built-in compression strap designed to customize the case for each telescope model.
Durable Nylon handle for easy transportation.
Condition:
The condition is effectively brand new. I opened the box, unzipped the case, tried fitting my telescope, then realised mistake.
After that everything went right back into the original shipping box and has sat there ever since.
Price:
Originally purchased for $230 AUD, hoping to sell for $150 AUD (I pay shipping).
Reasonable offers considered.
