Televue 1.25 inch powermate T-ring adapter

I have a 4x 2-inch t-ring adapter, but need one for a 2.5x 1.25-inch powermate.
I would like to trade my 4x, 2" ring for a 1.25" ring if there is one out there. Or buy if trade isn't possible.
