Hi all,

I'm trying to get my set up working for when I finally get a night to use it. My problem is that I'm not quite sure how to put everything together.

At this stage I've got the following:
-LX200GPS 10".
-700d Canon DSLR.
-Orion deluxe OAG.
-Meade 6.3 FR.
-WO focuser instead of the Meade micro focuser.
-A fair amount of adapters and extenders.
-The guide cam is a work in progress.

All the info I've found so far is very vague when it comes to using a DSLR for the imaging chip. What I need to do is work out where the FR needs to be positioned in relation to the DSLR. Then I can start chasing down any missing parts.

Any advice appreciated.
Ross.

Gday Ross
The focal reducer needs to be positioned a set distance from the focal plane of the camera ( ie the chip surface )
The only problem is there are 2 different types of Meade 6.3 focal reducer, so you need to find out which one you have first.
