This is the last time I am going to mention the word TEC in any title but I really do love this scope.

I have processed on the LRGB data as trying to include Ha scares me. Thank you Paul for your advice on that and I will have a crack at it tomorrow.

This image is 3 hours and 10 minutes luminance, 2 hours Red, 1 hour and 50 minutes Green with 1 hours 30 minutes of Blue. All 10 minute subs and binned at 1x1. Stacked in Deep Sky Stacker and processed in Photoshop.

This is the first image from my AP1100 with TEC 140 FF and Self Guiding SBIG 8300. I know there is a lot of improvement with my processing skills as towards the end I was just trying anything. I am happy with it.

Of course advice more than welcome.

first colour image, nice work Mark. must be a good feeling and nice to hear there were no more rogue mystery desert clouds appearing from nowhere.
scope is looking good, great colour, would be nice to see a larger version!

cheers

Nice one Mark and congrats on the setup.

Maybe remember to crop out the untidy bits around the edges of the image would be the first thing to come to mind. I would get the crop done after stacking and before doing any further processing as it might affect the final processing?

Good outcome though.

How do I upload a higher quality image if anyone can give me advice on that as it would be good to have a full resolution image to look at. What sites would people recommend for that?
