For those of us who do not like to be smuttered in a cow dung for days no end - any takers for Ponny Club...?

We need blessed key holder as I do not have the key...

Hi Joe,

You read my mind.

This weekend is looking very possible.

I'll withhold my final decision until Saturday's weather is better known, but I think it may be a goer.

I have a key, so fingers will remain crossed until then.

Stay tuned.

I injured my ankle today at tennis - had I been fit I would have been tempted to head up to Mangrove Mountain. Looks like the clouds have cleared for anyone who ended up going...

Just a joke Rick..., wanted to see if anyone cares to read my thread.

To be honest getting a bit concerned about the low popularity of the Pony Club lately. From my vantage point I did not see skies clearing up so left the thread alone...

I just assumed it was a shot at the people who preferred to go to Bretti.

Yes..., that would have been a cheap shot - wouldn't it ? :P

Hi Joe,
The index page says 203 Views (at this stage).

Sadly,
The Jump Club don't seem to want us there anymore.
And the Pony Club have been silent on the matter for a while (although initially indicated positively).
I believe their occupancy has now graduated to a lease which means they can pretty much dictate use as they like.
But until they tell us to desist, I reckon we can carry on as long as we don't upset them.
The last four times I have suggested a PC night, I have been alone twice, had one other once, and no-one went on the other.
The lack of facilities has deterred more than a few.
And with the residential agricultural college being built next door, it may be time to start looking elsewhere anyway.
Bretti is a bit further, a bit darker, has some facilities, and is free.
(FYI there were no cows on the camp ground at all this time.)

Allan

Glad you did not encounter any cows on this trip...:P

I certainly am interested in visiting the PC during a week as well as the weekends.
Problem is I do not always check the forum and consequently do not always read your posts - please keep them coming.
I for one think that rather than trying to force the weather to comply and be nice on Saturdays New Moon we can try other days and enjoy it more.
