The Doodle Nebula in Sagittarius

Rarely imaged and hard to find in the inky black of space, this DSO has been known to draw stargazers in, but details are sketchy.

It's no brushoff, pencil this one in as your next target ;)

I think I've imaged this too from my own camera, although this specimen is quite impressive. Good work. :)

I had a great one yesterday when for some reason I had my guiding axis reversed. Was a pretty agonising hour figuring out what the hell was wrong.
