It is important see the difference of magnitude after almost 18 month. The Nova cames with large blue ring and center white. I processed for the star present only the blue color on his body.

GSO 305 - Canon T3 - OAG - Coma Corrector
6 x 4 min ISO 400 - Skyglow filter
2 x 3 min ISO 800 - UHC filter

Wow, super cool shot Jorge. I'd love to see a shot of this from Hubble, that blue colour looks like OIII emission.

It is certainly a green star now. I took a spectrum of it in May but have not taken any more since. It is unlikely to have changed much though.
Almost all of the flux is emitted in 2 lines around 5000A these are green to our eye.
Interesting change since it was first discovered.
