Fly you fools!

Folks,

Looks like it's my time to fly from the lord of the rings for this season, but here's one last one taken last night from Brisvegas with a little better seeing than we've had of late.

My little QHY5L-ii gets a little noisy when the gain is dialled up to deal with f/25, so this is a stack of 4000 frames, using my C11 Edge HD and Powermate 2.5x. There's a little more in there to give, but it also brings out more noise, so I'm settling on this, unless anyone's got a miracle cure ;) Need a more sensitive, cleaner and faster cam for next year...

Dunk, an excellent result given the seeing i know we had last night!

Motivating me to go through my >>150000 frames of Saturn i got in the good seeing last week which i havent had a chance to do yet!

Thanks Ted! I'm eyeing up one of the cooled cmos cameras, the ASI ones look good, but the market may have changed by the time I'm ready!
