Just curious as to how many here also read other forums and which ones? I often go looking for info on other forums (Cloudy Nights, Stargazers Lounge) but have enjoyed posting reports in the Astronomy Forum (http://www.astronomyforum.net). I've posted a few of those same reports here so wondered if the duplication is warranted?

:) Ben I also visit those forums and I find it is interesting to see others points of view from around the world. , you know , scopes , viewing habits. , weather ( I really feel for the English) and especially prices ( I envy the Americans ) , its interesting.
Brian.
If you feel that you want to share your reports with others, you're welcome to share them here.
I don't understand why the need to ask?
IIS is the largest forum in the Southern Hemisphere.

Sure :) I'm just curious how much readership is shared amongst these forums. It might mean some folk would read basically the same report in two locations, which is fine I guess :-) but perhaps a little tedious. Love reading about Northern Hemisphere activities as much as Southern Hemisphere so like to offer something in return on the astronomy forum, but tend to find more relevant info here.
Brian I pity the English with both their weather and their batting.

I'm registered on a number of Astro forums but post mostly here. Cloudy Nights is the other, and Paige ( Professional Astro Imagers Group ). I drop into others when I'm researching ideas and just checking things out.
As Brian says it's interesting seeing other users experiences and recommendations. I've stumbled across few gems over the last couple of years. I don't post often elsewhere but have duplicated posts when appropriate.
