Hi everyone !
A new picture... to celebrate holidays :)
It is located in the Musca constellation, one of the southest constellation in the sky.
The bright star is Gamma Muscae and the globular cluster close to it is ngc4372. A nice dark nebula underlines the duet :thumbsup:
Technical informations:
- APO observatory in San Pedro de Atacama, Chile - Alain Maury's Space Obs
- Takahashi TOA 150 lens
- mini-OHP mount with MCMT
- Apogee Alta U16M camera at -20°C
- Astrodon LRGB Gen2 filters
- L=24x20' and R=G=B=6x20'
- shooting, guiding and preprocess: PRISM v9
- process: IRIS, PRISM v9 & CS6
