Pluto and New Horizons somewhere in there.
C11 at prime - QHY9 LUM 20x1min.
Did three panels then cropped to make sure I didn't miss it.
Bloody windy too but I got enough subs to make up for it.

Thanks Russel, but I reckon those are just noise artefacts. You can check the 1:1 version here (http://www.astropic.net/astro/pluto_20150713_fff.jpg) but you'll have to dig out Pluto. Good luck. As I said lots of wind and high altitude clouds made it for a challenging evening.

Better than tonight by the look of it, that's why I did it yesterday. I wanted to time it at 21:00 tonight when the spacecraft goes through the Pluto System but hey, what's a couple of 100000kms after 3 billions miles. Close enough. ;)

would have been great to photograph at the exact time but yeah 24 hours aint much over 10 years that's nearly a miracle with this year's weather :)

the 1:1.. ok they appear to be 3 dust bunnies to the left and not sure what it is at 7 oclock probably noise as you say.

no need to be sorry!! sorry if it sounded like I was nitpicking - It just caught my eye and I thought you might have captured a dim planetary neb in there as well :)

Nah... all good. I have to get my flats ADU a little higher with the C11 when I do LUM rather than NB. Not sure why but that's the way it works. Just forgot on the night. I do way too much Ha. :P

Haha - Is there such a thing? Is it even possible? perhaps you need another mount to have both rigs going at the same time

When I retire and get an obs :)

Thanks Leon. Yeah I had to plate solve that field first then figure out where Pluto RA/DEC were then I worked out that it wasn't in the fov. Bit of a sh|t beginning for the evening after 1h shooting the wrong parts. I eventually got it on the edge. :)
