NGC6164 & outer loop with unmodded Canon1100D

This is an experiment to see whether I could coax any of the outer loop out.

Can't wait to centre 6164 and use ISO 6400, hoping for a little more detail.

well done Justin, it sure is faint and you've nabbed it! impressive.

i'm wondering whether having the camera unmodded may have in fact helped it along a touch.

did you use an o3 or neb filter at all?

No filters used, I do think that the unmodded camera helped and dark skies with a lot of processing.
